Even this Pink Cockatoo knows that in this busy world, it's so important to take time for self-care! Shown here engaging in a natural behaviour - preening - not just posing. This painting was an opportunity to really explore all those soft wing feathers, and try something new - resulting in a very soft, delicate painting with warm pinks and grey hues.
