Connection with Nature

As I thought about Nature and how many people have re-connected with Nature over the pandemic lockdowns, She came to mind, and I had to paint Her. She is calm, serene, and reminds us that we too are a part of Nature. Her hair becomes a spray of native Wattle, Callistemon and Flowering Gum. The colourful Rainbow Lorikeet is included because Rainbow Lorikeets were the most often counted bird in Birds in Backyards' bird count in 2020.
